Healing Wednesday

I've been home sick for the past couple of days, so I really appreciate today's tip.

Get outside
. Don't let yourself be shut indoors. Go out when it's raining. Walk on the beach. Hike through the woods. Swim in a freezing lake. Bask in the sun. Play sports, or walk barefoot through grass. Pay close attention to nature.

東京にはgrassがあまりないけど。。。(笑)

When I was a university student and working at an office part time, I used to walk down to the local park on my lunch break and play in the water fountain on hot summer days! It made me feel like a little girl again. Some of co-workers used to go ice skating on their lunch breaks in the winter time too!
